Scope
This notice covers the Yangyu Tech company website. It does not apply to our future apps. Each app will have its own privacy policy based on its actual features and data practices when it is released.
Browsing this website
This website provides company information, our software focus and product preparation updates. It currently has no account registration, payments, advertising or visitor analytics, and it does not use browser storage to record your preferences. The only form on the site is the product feedback form, which accepts an optional screenshot and is described under “Product feedback” below. The management area uses a session cookie only for administrator login, expiring on logout or at the end of the session. You do not need to submit personal information to read it.
Infrastructure and access logs
This website uses Tencent Cloud for hosting and network services. The infrastructure provider may process technical access logs, such as IP addresses, request times and paths, to deliver pages, maintain security or diagnose errors. Its processing depends on the provider’s policies and the settings actually enabled. We have not added extra tracking code to these pages.
Email contact
You can contact us through the company email listed on the home page. We receive the email address, name (if provided) and message content you choose to send, to handle your inquiry and reply. Messages are processed by Cloudflare’s forwarding service and our receiving email provider.
External download links
The downloads section links to cloud storage and code hosting services that we do not operate. Opening such a link takes you to that provider, which processes your request under its own privacy policy and terms. We receive no information about your download, and these providers are not able to read anything about your visit to this website.
Product feedback
If you use the feedback form, we store the type, platform, app version and message you submit, together with your email address and screenshot when you choose to provide them. A screenshot is kept in our server storage on Tencent Cloud, is never published and is readable only by the administrator; it is deleted together with its entry. We use it only to understand problems and plan our products, and we reply only when you have asked for one by leaving an address. The form sets no cookies and records no profile of you. To limit automated abuse, the service stores a SHA-256 hash of the connection IP address for a 15-minute rate limit. Because the hash is made directly from the IP address, it can be matched to a guessed address. Entries are kept in our database on Tencent Cloud until we have acted on them and are then deleted; write to the company address to have yours removed sooner.

Our legal name and location are listed on the home page. If we add forms, analytics or other information-processing features, we will update this notice before those features are made available.
